Nature's Bounty - Hair, Skin & nails gummies

*This is a re-up because blogger apps messed up everything....

Recently, i have been trying a few supplements  in hope to save my skin.
Happened to come across this supplement from 1 of the youtuber, Weylie.(https://www.youtube.com/user/ilikeweylie).

Plus this is in gummies form!!
Had been having tons of breakout and acnes issue ever since last year.. After trying out hada labo..
Quite sad  as many people raves about hada labo.. Hopefully this will save me...

I have been taking this initially 2 gummies per days for about 1 week and I don't see any improvement. So, I went to google and youtube for some tips and i realised most people took twice a day.

Ever since I been taking it twice a day, it seem to be getting better.. I hope.. Have been investing tons of money to save my skin :( because to me, skin care > makeup. Nothing can hide a bad skin!
Regarding this product, it's basically Biotin. For those who are not sure what's biotin is, I have googled it for you!

Biotin is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats and amino acids. Biotin assists in various metabolic reactions involving the transfer of carbon dioxide. It may also be helpful in maintaining a steady blood sugar level.Biotin is often recommended as a dietary supplement for strengthening hair and nails, though scientific data supporting this outcome are weak.Nevertheless, biotin is found in many cosmetics and health products for the hair and skin.

In short, Biotin is suppose to help to improve skin condition, hair and nail growth. I don't really see much in hair growth, but my nails are growing pretty fast. So, if you want to give this a try, I don't see any harms to do that. But just be caution if you have any reaction because I do heard that certain people get side effect from taking Biotin. After all, you should listen to what your body has to tell you right ?
